Returns & Exchange Policy

We want to assure all customers that we check that every coaster is flush against the table before we send them out. However, due to the nature of resin, items can sometimes recure in the heat. Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions that packages are shipped in, and recuring may happen. An easy fix for coasters that come warped would be to place a flat, heavy object over it, and let the coaster flatten out again.

If there are any problems with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. All coasters must be returned clean, unused, and free of fingerprints. Returned items must be shipped out within a week of notifying us, along with a provided tracking number.
