Can I send my own flowers to be used in coasters?

We are currently not accepting sent in flowers. Thank you for understanding!

 

Is there a discount on bulk orders?

We offer 15% off for bulk orders of over 30 coasters 🙂 Please let us know if you’d like to proceed and we can give you the promo code.

 

Can the coasters be used for hot drinks?

Our coasters are typically used with room temperature and cold drinks. Heat will cause the coasters to recure into a different shape. Warm cups should be fine but we would not recommend super hot cups.

 

When will my order arrive?

Since our coasters are all handmade, we have listed the ship date as 2-3 weeks from the order date. However, we do offer an option to expedite your order within 2-4 business days. Please select our "rush my order" listing instead of "USPS priority mail" to guarantee your order will be processed quickly 🤍

 

Return and exchange policy

We want to assure all customers that we check that every coaster is flush against the table before we send them out. However, due to the nature of resin, items can sometimes recure in the heat. Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions that packages are shipped in, and recuring may happen. An easy fix for coasters that come warped would be to place a flat, heavy object over it, and let the coaster flatten out again. If there are any problems with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue. Photo proof will be required. All coasters must be returned clean, unused, and free of fingerprints. Returned items must be shipped out within a week of notifying us, along with a provided tracking number.
